I can't keep up to one, how am I going to do two??? Hopefully I will post again before the three months are up. But if you were wondering, we are still alive.

Update
Well, I have a million things to talk about. First and most importantly I have fell off the wagon with my eating. Struggling to get back on track. It will come and I am trying not to worry about it too much, but I really don't want to lose all that I have achieved. The kids are doing wonderful, Becca is at orientation today for Grade 10 (GULP) time sure flies. Spencer is doing great in Grade 1. I have started my courses through Athabasca University on Women's Studies. I am very excited and am having fun with it. Last night we went to Tate's hockey game and had a blast, here are some of the photos. Hopefully, I won't take so long to blog again. I think I am finally out of my funk.

Wednesday, January 31, 2007
Well, it is about time I posted the before and during pictures. The first picture is the beginning of October 6, 2006. The second picture was taken on January 15, 2007 at 34 lbs lost. I will re post on the 15Th of this month with another update of pictures. I have to date lost 50 lbs. So I am hoping there will be an even bigger difference on the 15Th. I have stopped going into the Bernstein Clinics and am just doing the diet at home. This weekend I went with my sister scrap booking for the weekend at a Ranch. They cook all your meals, so I did end up straying from the diet a bit and am finding today hard to get back on track, but have stayed fairly good. Tomorrow is a new day, and I am not feeling guilty about my food choices anymore. They are a choice and if I make one I don't necessarily like, I will make a different choice the next time.

Just had to share this layout, I can't remember how to join them so you will just have to figure it out. Spencer is so smart sometimes it is scary, he wanted to weigh himself and while he was on the scale, he wondered out loud how much he would weigh if he only stood on one foot. For those of you who aren't sure (Tawnja) you weigh the same.

Weigh In Update...
Well, I have been on the Bernstein Diet now for almost 9 weeks and have lost a total of 31 lbs, isn't that amazing.I still have a lot to go, but I am feeling like this is the time I can finally conquer this weight demon. I am feeling good and have decided to start to add exercise three times per week. I was a bit nervous of this diet, but if my sister is behind me on this one then I know it must be okay. Thanks for all the support Tawnj. I love you!!!

Well, Christmas has come and gone and I have survived. The kids got spoiled and so did I. We had a lot of fun. Christmas day we went to Chris' moms......not my idea of fun anymore. It used to be fun, but somehow I feel like I have outgrown them. It was pleasant, but not as much fun as we have with our family. On Boxing Day we went over to Chris' dads and went on the annual hay ride and after went skating. I had a lot of fun watching Spencer on the ice, man he can skate better than I can, how sad. On New Years we had our my family at our place and I had a blast. Here are some of the pictures....
